96 Grilled Chicken (GF)
Grilled chicken breast with our secret lemongrass sauce and sticky rice.
From-scratch Thai street food born in Detroit — grilled, curried and gluten-free friendly. Tucked inside the Detroit Shipping Company.

Our kitchen lives inside the Detroit Shipping Company on Peterboro Street — a food hall built out of stacked shipping containers, with an open-air patio, string lights and plenty of room to gather. Hit play for the drone tour.

Bangkok 96 Street Food is the work of Chef Genevieve Vang — a chef whose bold, homestyle Thai cooking earned a 2019 James Beard Award semifinalist nod and Eater Detroit's Chef of the Year.
Everything is built on scratch-made sauces, fresh herbs and a serious respect for spice. Much of the menu is gluten-free friendly, and Chef Genevieve's own Thai products now stock 250+ Meijer stores across Michigan.
A tight, flavor-packed menu. Here are three dishes people keep coming back for.
